Metro Recycling Information Specialist

Betty Shelley has been recycling since 1974.  She was in the second Master Recycler class in 1992, and has been a volunteer and member of Northwest Earth Institute since 1994.  Currently a Recycling Information Specialist with Metro, she also teaches a three-part Waste Reduction course through PCC Community Education.
