Master builder Chad Ruhoff is a Handyman Home Repair and Home Performance division as a sales consultant Neil Kelly Company. His focus is on home repairs, emphasizing energy efficiency and safety. Chad works with homeowners using the latest building science and construction methods, to optimize a home’s health, comfort and safety, as well as its energy efficiency and water conservation.
Ruhoff owned a Eugene construction firm for 13 years, building 250 homes during that time, many of them crafted from sustainable materials. He is former president of the Lane County Builders Association, a certified master builder and licensed realtor. |
