Dave Hutchins, Program Manager – Home Performance with ENERGY STAR®

As program manager for Conservation Services Group (CSG), Dave manages daily office and field operations for the Energy Trust Home Performance with ENERGY STAR program. Dave has over 25 years experience in the home energy conservation industry. Prior to joining CSG, Dave owned and operated a residential construction business specializing in remodeling, siding and blown-in insulation. Dave was also the Outreach Manager for the Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance’s Northwest ENERGY STAR Homes program for Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Montana.

Dave’s previous position with CSG was Builder Outreach and Support Manager for the New Construction division with Energy Trust’s ENERGY STAR New Homes program. He conducted CSG’s “House as a System” trainings and Quality Control for Duct Performance Testing and Sealing and is responsible for the delivery of thousands of ENERGY STAR certified homes.
