Ray Pokorny is a licensed Solar Thermal installer
and Oregon Department of Energy tax credit certified technician with over 30
years of experience in the solar industry. Ray got his degree in Interior Design
at the University of Oregon in 1977 at the start of the solar revolution. He has
experience with passive solar design, automated and high performance shading
systems, and solar thermal sales and installation. Ray has been helping people
get comfortable with solar since starting Solar Interior Design in 1979.
Recently Ray has joined Solar Energy Solutions as Sales/Design
Consultant. Ray is passionate about solar energy and inspired to help people
understand the simplicity of using the endless supply of energy from the
sun.
