Spring 2011 Color Trends in Makeup: Keeping it trendy, but still green!    We just came off an especially “nude and neutral” winter making it harder than usual to get out of our comfort zones and wear the brighter colors which this Spring in particular inspires. Want to know how to really make eyes pop? Makeup artists agree, Find a hue opposite to your eye color. Here's our best suggestions on the subject...

Baby Blues: Shades of yellow, orange and gold provide gorgeous contrast. For a rich and natural look line with dark brown eyeliner (like Alima Pure Espresso Satin Matte Eyeliner). Green with Envy: Try beautiful purple or plum-toned shadows. Brown Eyed Girls: Jump out of your comfort zone with cool shades of blue. Cheeks in 2011 call for a clear peach or pink tone. Pass on the shimmer for now and stick to mattes.
