Exhibiting Process

Each 10x10 Exhibit Space at the Better Living Show is $925. Current Show Floor Plan (subject to change).

In an effort to stay green and lessen the amount of paper used during the application/contract process, the Better Living Show will accept your application and payment online.

Step 1 - Apply for Space

Complete the Application & Contract for Exhibit Space to request space in the Better Living Show.

If you have trouble with the online application, please contact us at the numbers listed below and we'll complete the form for you.

Step 2 - Application Review

We will review your application to ensure that your company or organization meets the criteria required to participate in the Better Living Show. No credit card information is required to make your application.

Step 3 - Payment Instructions

Once approved, you will receive an email with a user name, password and payment instructions. You can either pay online or an address will be provided if you would like to mail in a check for payment.

Step 4 - Reserve Space by Making Payment

Pay your deposit. Your space will be held for 10 business days to allow time for your deposit to be paid.

Step 5 - Add Your Exhibitor Profile to Our Directory

Our new website allows exhibitors to gain year-round exposure to the public on the Better Living Show website in an exhibitor directory.  Enter the User Name and Password you created on your application and log on to create your exhibitor profile.  You will be able to upload your product/service information, company logo, and special discounts you will be offering at the show. Note: You can only add products/services information for those that were approved by Blue Ocean Events to be shown at the event. Step 6 - Review Your Exhibitor Manual & Download Ordering Forms

The Exhibitor Manual can answer many of the questions you have about when and how to set up your booth at the Better Living Show, what kind of power is included with your space and how to ship product in to the Portland Expo Center. We will not be sending paper copies in the mail because we strive to be conscientious of resources as we produce this event. While manuals can be recycled or printed on recycled paper, not printing them at all is even better!
