Who says you can't make a deliciously vegan, healthful risotto?  Abby pays homage to her Italian roots in a flavorful adaption of her mom's classic recipe.  This recipe features Abby's Table Nude Ranch Dip and Dressing - Delicious!!!  The hand cured salad pairing is a nutritious and flavor-packed side dish that is so easy you will try it for yourself at home.  Not to be missed.

 
 

Chef Abby Fammartino

Abby Fammartino has been a chef for almost her entire life, long being the person who could "whip up" something tasty from your pantry when you thought you had nothing in the house for dinner. She has a passion for the nutritive and health-supportive qualities of foods and, as a graduate of the Natural Gourmet Institute in New York, has run her own business as a nourishing chef in Philadelphia, Seattle, and now, Portland, Oregon.  Abby's Table is a business founded on delicious, fun and accessible food free of common food allergies.  Abby hosts a weekly Wednesday night dinner in her commercial kitchen space, and creates and distributes a superb line of handmade, fresh sauces, all free of gluten, dairy, soy and refined sugars.  Chef Abby and her big sister Kristy work hard to maintain a sense of humor and delight in every aspect of their business and encourage people to enjoy good food as much as they do!
